How will I practice online

At minute 3.08 it shows the user putting the pouch into the chamber plastic side down. This is a incorrect placement. The Manufacturers Instructions for use for this particular unit states loose pouches must be placed Paper Side Down. This is a gravity process Sterilizer and as such Paper Side Down allows any moisture to wick out the paper side during the drying phase. Ultimately the best procedure is to place the pouches in a rack, on their side giving the best results to dry.

The only question I have is why is the notch always supposed to face the nipple? If I am at right breast 9:00 Rad why would I face the notch to the nipple? The probe will then be backwards in correlation to the screen. Also 12:00 rad the bitch should be facing the patient. If I need to prove up and down at 12 o’clock with a notch facing her nipple, it will be backwards on the screen. If I have the notch facing her nipple at 9 o’clock and move from left to right, it will be backwards.

lol you got it all right except for the siren example. In emergency services we call that siren mode “wail” it would’ve made that sound even if the ambulance wasn’t moving. Nice try. in the future use a train horn which is a constant pitch sound that will illustrate your example much, much better.
